THE POSITION: |
An experienced internet marketing specialist is being added to identify, negotiate and manage partnerships for a new on-line social media application. The focus for this unique opportunity will be to create positive on-line activity while raising conversion rates to drive sales through the company’s on-line store. Job activity will include setting up strategic partnerships, licensing and developing one-of-a-kind partnerships to drive growth and user engagement. Will work cross-functionally with internal partners and manage relationships with application developers, advertising and marketing firms, and related vendors. Will understand partnership impact on products and services and persuade and promote internal buy-in for new initiatives. Will plan and negotiate marketing direction and establish budget, plan forecasts, and advise on strategy. Must be familiar with standard technical requirements and with search engine optimization and delivery. Will also coordinate costs and timing for product offers with related internal departments. |
THE CANDIDATE: |
This newly added key position requires an exceptional candidate with a minimum of a BSBA and 5-7 years of progressive business development experience and technical proficiency in internet marketing. Specific business experience in digital marketing, internet marketing, on-line marketing, eCommerce or social media marketing is a must. Knowledge of buying trends and the proven ability to negotiate complex deals and to lead and handle time-sensitive, cross-functional projects is required. Ideal opportunity for an outstanding communicator with excellent leadership and project management skills. |
