TITLE:

Sales Executive – Costume Jewelry

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a leading designer and marketer of fashionable wearable costume jewelry and hair accessories sold to mass markets, department stores, specialty stores, drugstores and similar channels of distribution. Continued business growth and outstanding product acceptance requires the addition of a talented sales executive to lead sales activities to large, highly visible national retail accounts.

THE POSITION:

Will partner with in-house product design and merchandising groups to develop and implement highly effective sales plans and marketing programs for multiple accounts. The objective will be to satisfy customer product needs while reaching and surpassing sales and profit potential. Will be responsible for delivering major account presentations, leading customer sales meetings, and generally providing account management. Staying on top of trends this exceptional candidate, will work closely with The Business Planning and Analyst Group to provide account analysis, monitor and track sales performance and continually seek new sales and profit opportunities. Will regularly provide management reporting for accounts and internal departments depicting sales results and other market data.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate for this key position is an energetic self-sufficient sales professional with the enthusiasm and ambition to be a “pace setter”. This unique sales management opportunity requires a degreed candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience selling costume jewelry and or accessories to national retail accounts. Previous retail buying experience is highly desirable along with a strong fashion sense. Must have impressive accomplishments in account management and offer strong presentation, interpersonal, project management and account management skills. Must be eager to grow fashion business aimed at trend, junior and tween markets.
